Denbeigh Schlebusch
Age: 28

Denbeigh studied through the International Hotel School at Alpine Heath Resort. She graduated in 2002 and moved to Ballito Manor as a Chef de partie. From there she worked her way up to head chef at Ballito Manor. Denbeigh joined the Quarters team as a sous chef in 2005 and became head chef in 2009.

One of Denbeigh’s favourite celebrity chefs is James Martin for his easy going nature and passion for desserts. .
