Chef Danielle Wright, graduated from the prestigious Christina Martin-School of Food and Wine, and later returned to lecture in cutlery arts. Prior to joining The Canelands Beach Club, Danielle has lead her team at the award winning restaurant “Society” ,helped launch “Fabulous” and went on to become Exec Chef, also included on her impressive resume; 9th Avenue Bistro and The Hilton Hotel.
Danielle is a member of the Chain des Rotisseurs Jeunes and was placed first in the 2010 regional competition. Aside from her vast knowledge of food, Danielle has extensive knowledge in French Patisserie.
Danielle currently leads her team of dedicated chefs at The Canelands Beach Club and treats guests to a culinary delight like no other!
